We want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all non-prescription eyewear and accessories. Prescription lenses are custom-made and can be exchanged for a different style or updated prescription within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Frames
Place your eyewear securely in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it arrives back at our studio in perfect condition.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
